Conclusion

Who are your “healing cloud of witnesses” The people with whom you can tell your whole story without fear of rejection or abandonment?

Set up 3 or 4 consecutive weeks to meet with them for 1-2 hours.

During those meetings each person tells their story. One each week. You’re going to talk about your actual life… your joys and sorrows, victories and defeats, successes and failures…

This isn’t for giving advice… we only ask clarifying questions to gain understanding.

Singing over others in writing a blessing:

B – Body; L – Labor or work; E – Emotional Health; S – Social Interactions; S – Spiritual Life
