CHARLIE and MELISSA CAZIN
PASTORS OF STUDENT MINISTRIES
Charlie joined our staff in the Fall of 2020 as Pastor of Student Ministries. Charlie came to us from Grass Valley, CA where he had been working with abused and struggling youth for the past 10 years at Christian Encounter Ranch. He attended Fullerton College and worked as a Bank Manager before beginning his ministry with youth.
Melissa joined the MLCC staff shortly after Charlie to be lead the Children's Ministry and in 2023 transitioned to help Charlie in Student Ministry.
Charlie and Melissa have been married since 2008. They love doing ministry with their 4 kids, Jack, Chloe, Grace and Joslyn. In his free time Charlie enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, board games, reading, and the Arizona Cardinals.
